💳 Monthly Billing Overview

Lessons are billed monthly based on your selected weekly time slot. This reserves your spot and keeps payments consistent and predictable.

💰 Weekly Lesson Rates

• 30-minute lesson: $39/week

• 45-minute lesson: $58.50/week

• 60-minute lesson: $70/week

📅 Monthly Cost Examples

Your monthly total varies based on the number of lesson weeks that month:

4-week month:

• 30 mins: 4 × $39 = $156

• 45 mins: 4 × $58.50 = $234

• 60 mins: 4 × $70 = $280

5-week month:

• 30 mins: 5 × $39 = $195

• 45 mins: 5 × $58.50 = $292.50

• 60 mins: 5 × $70 = $350

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Discounts

We’re happy to support families learning together! Discounts are available for multiple students from the same household. Contact us for details—rates vary by lesson type and number of students.

📌 Termination & Notice Policy

To pause or stop lessons, we require 2 weeks’ written notice. This ensures we can offer your reserved time to other students.

Families are responsible for two final lessons after notice, regardless of attendance.

💳 Payment Information

• Accepted: Credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfer

• Not accepted: Cash or checks

• Billing Date: 1st of each month (auto-processed)

• Prorated Start: If starting mid-month, your first invoice will be adjusted based on your start date.

• Secure Payments: All transactions comply with PCI security standards.

📅 Missed & Canceled Lessons

Student Absences

• No refunds or credits for missed lessons.

• Make-up lessons may be offered depending on teacher and room availability, but are not guaranteed.

• Make-ups must be completed within 30 days of the missed lesson or are forfeited.

Teacher Absences

• If the teacher is unavailable and no substitute or make-up can be arranged, a credit will be applied to the next month’s invoice.

⏰ Tardiness

• If a student is late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.

• If the instructor is late, the full lesson time will be honored by extending the session.
