Tuition and Policies

Tuition:

• Registration Fee: $0

• Private Lessons: $154/month for weekly 30 minute private lessons.

Payment Methods:

Credit or Debit Card Only. No cash or checks accepted. We also accept ACH banking payments. All payment information is secure and follows all federal PCI compliance guidelines. Payments are processed on the 1st of every month. If the student begins lessons after the first week of the month, the initial payment will be pro-rated.

Lesson Termination Policy:

• A 4-week notice is required to terminate lessons. Student is responsible for all tuition payments for 4 weekly lessons after notice to terminate lessons is given.

Canceled or Missed Lesson Policy:

• No credit or refunds for missed lessons, regardless of amount of notice or circumstances, will be given with the exception of Teacher absence. If a teacher is absent and a qualified substitute or a make- up lesson cannot be arranged, student may receive a credit on the next month’s bill for that lesson.

• Make-up lessons may be scheduled but are not guaranteed. If a student misses or cancels a lesson, a make-up lesson may be arranged depending on the teacher and studio room availability. Any and all make-up lessons must be completed no more than 30 days after the missed lesson. If a make-up lesson is not able to be scheduled or completed within 30 days of missed or canceled lesson, the lesson is then forfeited. Missed or canceled lessons may not be carried over to the next month’s tuition for credit on the bill or any refund.

• Tardiness. If the student is late for their scheduled lesson, the instructor is obligated to teach only for the duration of that lesson. If the instructor is running late, they will run over the scheduled time to guarantee student receives a full lesson.
